Comments:
Ran with Jeff to Owosso, then did a 3-mile tempo on the way back. The weather was pretty shitty, but I felt very relaxed. Should've been: the splits were slow: 5:50s down to a high 5:40. Oh well...the stride felt TERRIFIC, which was most important.
