I was mad at myself for being a wasteoid yesterday so I got up early today to lift. I had some time so I figured, why not expand my weights to 3-sets? I did it, and it went fine.

Work was OK but I was in shitty spirits. Dunno why. My "nutrition" took a fucking nose dive after work. Ate a ridiculous amount after work and on the way home. I mean, really, it was embarassing. But I got that "I don't give a fuck" mentality again...as I've got nothing to be disciplined for....a really horrible feeling, indeed.

As such, I did nothing today. My knee felt pretty shitty all day, and I was too depressed to even try running, even though I was intending to.

Went out for a bit with Hoff once I got home and I commiserated with her. That helped.
