CD to Veale, stretch
flying solo for this workout, before I started I wanted to average sub 3:00 for the 1000s because the 3:00rest was generous; the weather would have made that damn near difficult, though. solid workout, see what kind of race I can string together at OWU.
I would dedicate the OWU race to the XC regional team, especially Robert, Tim, Ethan, Austin since they aren't competing anymore, but UAA will be for them. This 5k is for me to prove to myself that I'm better than a 15:22, and the 10 weeks between CMU and OWU haven't been for nothing.
no noticeable left leg pain, though it may have just been because my mind was occupied with the rest of my body freezing.
