Decided to try running since my legs didn't feel too badly, and it was nice out...and I was irritated that all the other guys were back to running "normal" so quickly...

Ran to Alton, but ran into issues early w/my left knee. Ran for about 9min (the quarter mile, by the Amp), stopped to stretch, ran for another 9min...then walked it in from there, all the way back to work. Just too irritated: tib-fem and patellofemoral on the L. Sucks.
