Comments:
2.5 mile warm up, 800m in 1:54.9, 2 mile cool down. 4 miles when I got home. Race didn't feel too good... went out in 57 but it felt like a 54/55. Started moving well around 500m into the race but I basically kept the same pace the whole race. Passed 6 or so guys the last 300 to finish 4th/5th in my heat and 7th overall
