Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Had to work this AM, so I got to Anytime at 0700 to get some weights in. My R shoulder is doing better -- definitely the pec minor, as push-ups and related shit makes it the worst. My new routine of more back shit is more tolerable.
Did 3 sets of the pulls n shit, then only 2 of my 2nd circuit, as I was running low on time.
Excited for BEER RUN!!!
