3 mile warm-up, 5 x (600 30 sec rest 200) 5 mins between sets, 3 mile c/d. Ran the workout with dave. splits were 1:49, 27.9, 1:46.5, 27.2, 1:46.3, 26.9, 1:45.8, 27.3, 1:46.2, 26.5. Felt great.. feels good to do some faster 200's
