Comments:
2 x 4 x 400 with 1:30 rest between intervals, 10 min between sets. Splits for the 400's were 59.6,61.4,59.0,59.9//59.9,60.3,60.3,60.7. Felt really good until the last 2. Last 50 meters on the 7th and last 150 meters on the 8th were somewhat of a struggle but not too bad.
