Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Felt a TON better so I thought I'd try running in the AM. Symptoms within 3 minutes. F. Really sucked. Reluctantly went into the pool: real jogging, sidesteps, bward running, grapevines. Felt FINE.
Rest of day: did tons of steps, and even x50 curb jump downs. Some soreness in the PM.
Fun night w/Pete: out to Apex, then to Lucky Lab for food and excellent beer.
