Comments:
After dropping off my orthotics molds I hit up Anytyme. Did 30min on the elliptical and felt pretty good -- no knee pain that I was aware off and the back was OK.

Did circuits, then a whole mess of SL balance on the BOSU. Really HARD!

Weighed in at 162.0 (in just shorts and socks) afterwards. Considering the horrible, horrible fall, that's not that bad. Still want to shed a few more...
