Comments:
Workout went terribly, 800 in 2:00.7, legs and arms started tightening up more then they should have. 6 min rest. felt really flat on the 700. after going out in 60 i faded to 1:53. got kicked off the track for the 500 and just ran it on the sidewalk. pace was slower and legs died the last 200
