Wasn't too motivated to get my ass moving, but I finally got to Anytime to do my last workout in the area.

Did 20 minutes elliptical with the brace on, which felt fine, I guess. Then I got in a good lift. Felt pretty tired today but got in a good workout.

After the workout and some stretching I figured I'd try running on the treadmill but after only a couple minutes I pulled the plug. My knee felt really weird and I wasn't sure if it was because of general tightness, the brace being too tight, or it actually hurting. Whatever the case, I said fuck it and quit. Pretty annoying...

Weighed in at 157-point today. That's a nice number to see. First time I've had consecutive sub 160 weighings in a lonnnng time.

Back at home I did my circuit, after lunch and before BTS'ing my quad/ITB with ice cup/massage.
