Comments:
After getting back on campus, ran with Trevor at 3 o clock from Caldwell. We did a shortened lake loop warmup and stopped to stretch. Then we did the same loop as the one we did during preseason. The run went well, starting off at 6 minute pace for the mile run on the course. This was a great progression run for Trevor. I felt easy the entire time although I did feel pretty sluggish from the start. The second half of the run felt like a jog though. Cooled down the same way we warmed up.
